This week sure didn't turn out as I'd planned...then again, I got some things done that I hadn't planned to do...like making applesauce from the 'free apples' that Jason picked from a neighbor's trees. 
Fevers and children sleeping all day was the thing I wasn't planning on...also not being able to go help Mary Lou pack (a sisters day together) :(
I did go to some garage sales in spite of it all -the Route 30 garage sales were this weekend. My poor children were pleading with me to go back home...so we finally did!
Three children got sick the same day; but now my little boy is sick...I did what I could to prevent it!! It was so hard to accept it all happening right now... when Simon's are back. I totally fell apart this eve. 'cause we are missing the farewell we had planned as a family for them. Reality sunk in that they are really leaving. Yes, I'm pregnant and emotional; but  besides that, it has been a very hard thing for me to deal with.
(I am tired right now too) it is overwhelming to think how much effort it is going to take now just to get to see my sister! Ah! the wonderful days when we could shop together, go into the nursing home with our children, and sometimes babysit for each other so we could have a date with our husbands.
I should go join my husband; trying to have fun with the children (they are disappointed too, having to stay home!) I was the only one that actually cried,though! 
I hear them laughing...that would be a good medicine  for me right now...so this is all for now...
